Iris Vann together with Rich Australian were the ones who helped me purchase my new 2026 Camry, and they both did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. Even after the purchase, there was some confusion of my address and billing. Mrs. Iris continued helping me after the sale and was always happy to assist until everything was fully set up correctly. Mrs. Iris even drove me to the rental car place because I was only renting a car at the time, and it was already late. That level of care and customer service truly meant a lot to me. Buying a new car can be an exasperating experience! But, I've always been treated courteously at Valdosta Toyota! When you shop there, ask for Luis Martinez. I've bought two vehicles from him--you could not ask for a better salesperson. He does whatever he can to make car buying a pleasant experience--and does all he can to help the buyer save money. And that is important to me--because I'm frugal.

My husband and I have purchased several Toyota vehicles from different dealerships, and we can honestly say that Sandi Prine is the best sales representative we've ever worked with! Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly patient and took the time to explain all of our options. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. 06/09/2026: The correct part was received and installed on the same day that the dealership received it. Gill-kept me well informed along the way on the status of everything. The dealership not only fixed the issue with my truck but they went above and beyond by having my truck cleaned (Show room ready) once the repair was completed, which I GREATLY appreciate. My thanks to Gill, Terrell, The mechanic who completed the repair and everyone behind the scenes who made things right. I am very IMPRESSED and HAPPY with the dealership and how things turned out.
