Contactless Car Buying: Conduct the entire car-buying experience from the comfort of your home! Find your dream car in our virtual showroom, then work with our Digital Specialists to value your trade, discuss financing, structure your deal, schedule a test drive, and deliver your vehicle and paperwork anywhere within 250 miles1. If you do wish to visit the dealership for a more efficient encounter, we can provide a limited exposure experience. When you come in, we’ll limit the number of employees you’re in contact with and provide you with one single point concierge during your visit.
Financial Incentives: As economic uncertainty increases, so do the programs and discounts we are able to offer to our customers. These programs include a 90-day payment deferral2 on new vehicles financed through Southeast Toyota, trade-assistance vouchers, and market-sensitive pricing to compliment the current Lease & Finance Specials from Southeast Toyota.
Mobile Maintenance Plan:Schedule your Service Appointment online! If your vehicle needs routine maintenance or even more significant repairs, our Service Department will come pick up your vehicle, keep you informed over the phone regarding all aspects of your experience, then return the vehicle to you having sanitized the door handles, steering wheel, and other surfaces that have been touched.
Online Parts Purchasing: Visit our online Parts Center to request a Parts Order, or just call our Parts Associates directly at (229) 247-1920. These parts/accessories can be delivered, or if installation is needed, then the Mobile Maintenance Plan can be utilized.
Collision Center Vanishing Deductible: If you have an Insurance Covered Claim filed between March 15 thru June 1st and that claim has not been repaired due to the loss of revenue from COVID 19 or related issues, we will forgive your deductible up to $500 when we perform your repair at our Certified Collision Center. If you have not yet filed a claim, then our staff of Professional Estimators will be happy to write and file your claim for you. Appointments are necessary in order to keep our strict COVID 19 compliance with State and Local Government. Repairs must be completed by June 1st 2020.

Bringing Advanced Hygiene to the Dealership
We have always taken great pride in the cleanliness of our entire dealership, yet we are taking additional precautions in order to assure customer comfort and safety in a sterilized environment.
To protect the communities that we serve, we are asking our employees and janitorial staff to take the following steps – at minimum – to prevent the spread of coronavirus on our grounds:
Currently, our staff is healthy, and if they have any flu-like symptoms, they are required to stay home.
We’ve increased our cleaning efforts, and will be regularly cleaning all surfaces with disinfecting wipes and spray.
We are reinforcing the personal health guidelines of our employees by having them washing their hands in regularly scheduled intervals, as well as providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes throughout our dealership.
We are encouraging our customers to use our online platform and communicate with mobile devices as much as possible.
We are committed to doing all we can to keep our workplaces, people, and communities as safe and healthy as possible.
Program Disclaimers: 1) Complimentary Delivery within 250 miles: For customers that submit a contact form on www.valdostatoyota.com as a means of initiating their Online Express Shopping Experience, deliveries within 250 miles of 2980 James Circle, Valdosta, GA 31601 will be provided free of charge. Terms and transaction details must be agreed in full to prior to delivery. The vehicle and paperwork will be scheduled for delivery during regular business hours and brought to your desired destination for the completion of the transaction. The responsible purchasing party must be present for signing. If the customer fails to arrive for their scheduled delivery or chooses to opt out of purchasing that vehicle, then the customer will be subject to delivery fees. 2) The payment deferral program requires approved credit and financing through Southeast Toyota Finance. Not all applicants will qualify. Payments may be deferred for up to the first 90 days from inception. Interest will accrue from inception and the total amount of interest you will pay may be higher due to the deferment. Available on new Toyota vehicles only. Maximum contract term is 75 months.
