I've been looking for a vehicle for about a week and narrowed it down to three dealerships. I had some requests for them amd Trent was awesome. He went above and beyond, while the other two didn't do much. For me, it's the little things that make the difference and he did that for me. I went into the dealership and spoke with Taje, who was a delight and very conversational. The sales dept didn't push any crazy sales tactics on me. They were very upfront and honest about it. The finance manager was very hospitable and real easy to talk to. Again, he didn't need to sell anything, just provided me with the information. Absolutely, the best buying experience I've ever had. Earlier this year, my Toyota Highlander and I ended up stranded in Valdosta GA. There was nothing the folks there could do and I had my car towed to Atlanta. What was so impressive was how they helped me. Terrill Head who was the Service Manager and his team looked at my car, diagnosed it and helped me load it on a trailer for towing. There was NO charge. There was only help, support and a little prayer for safe travels. THAT's the culture Terrill Head leads and I'm sure why he garners so much trust and respect. Big thanks Toyota and HUGE thanks to Terrill Head and team!

I went to Valdosta Toyota to trade in my 2012 Toyota Sienna for a Camry. Their selection was so great that I ended up picking up a better Camry that I initially came for. My sales person (Nalen Love) was really great to work with. He was patient and very personable. He ran numbers for me on several cars and gave me a very fare price for my trade in. I LOVE my Camry! I couldn't figure out some features on the infotainment system and how to properly connect my phone. I drove back the next morning to Valdosta Toyota and immediately a sales person named Ty Rogers walked out with me. Ty even went as far as to call out a maintenance rep to troubleshoot my car and phone. They got it connected and now it's working great! Truly an excellent dealership! We are definitely returning when my wife is ready to buy a car for herself! Five stars all the way! 👍

Just bought a 2017 Nissan Murano from Valdosta Toyota. Worked with Will V (salesman) and Josh W (finance manager). We had a great experience. Called on a Tuesday about the car we seen online, which was at a sister dealership, Will did a great job working the numbers for us, they done amazing to get the car over from their sister dealership, and ran it through inspection to make sure all was sound with the car, and we picked it up the following Tuesday. Will was amazing to work with, stayed in communication the entire time, answered any questions, and made the purchase so easy!
