Earlier this year, my Toyota Highlander and I ended up stranded in Valdosta GA. There was nothing the folks there could do and I had my car towed to Atlanta. What was so impressive was how they helped me. Terrill Head who was the Service Manager and his team looked at my car, diagnosed it and helped me load it on a trailer for towing. There was NO charge. There was only help, support and a little prayer for safe travels. THAT's the culture Terrill Head leads and I'm sure why he garners so much trust and respect.
